
This will be my direction for the week. Five things that will help with the success of my journey. Some may be simple while other may require more effort and dedication. But, it’s important for me to have direction. This list will also help to identify set backs, struggles, as well as successes.
- Meditate for 15 minutes at least 3 times this week. Preferably in the morning as a way to center my day.
- Track my food on the WW app for the entire week.
- Walk 5000 steps at least 3 days this week.
- Drink 1 bottle of water (16 oz) before I can drink Coke Zero. (I love Coke Zero!!)
- Read 3 chapters of “The Shift”.
There it is, my first list. Now it’s time to take some action . . .
